FINITE - WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

LAST UPDATED: August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at finite.global and any related pages operated by Finite (the “Website”).

Finite is a trading name of Amicus Recruitment Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10464038, whose registered office is at Bramhall House 14 Ack Lane East, Bramhall, Stockport, England, SK7 2BY (“Finite”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the Website.

These Terms relate to use of the Website only. Specific services provided by Finite may be subject to separate terms of business, engagement letters, programme terms or other contractual arrangements.

2. About Finite

Finite operates within the Bitcoin ecosystem across three principal capabilities:

Talent and executive search;

Bitcoin Intelligence; and

Treasury Advisory.

Information on the Website about these capabilities is provided for general information and does not, by itself, constitute an offer to provide services or create a contractual, advisory, fiduciary, recruitment or other professional relationship between you and Finite.

Any engagement with Finite will be governed by the specific terms agreed in connection with that engagement.

3. Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful business and informational purposes.

You must not:

use the Website in any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive manner;

attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its infrastructure, systems or data;

knowingly introduce viruses, malware or other harmful technology;

interfere with the operation, availability or security of the Website;

use automated systems to systematically scrape, harvest or extract Website content or data without our written permission;

reproduce, aggregate, resell or commercially exploit Finite's proprietary content or intelligence without authorisation; or

use the Website or its content in a manner that infringes our rights or the rights of another person.

We may restrict or suspend access to the Website where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, users, intellectual property or legitimate business interests.

4. Recruitment and talent services

Job opportunities, candidate information and recruitment-related content displayed on the Website are provided for general information.

Finite does not guarantee:

that any vacancy displayed remains available;

that an employer will interview or engage a candidate;

that a candidate will accept an offer;

the accuracy of information supplied to us by candidates, clients or other third parties; or

any particular outcome from a recruitment process.

Submitting a CV, profile, enquiry or application does not guarantee representation by Finite or introduction to a client.

Where Finite provides recruitment or executive-search services, those services will be subject to separate applicable terms.

5. Bitcoin Intelligence

Finite may publish reports, research, articles, market maps, compensation information, commentary, data, analysis and other intelligence (“Finite Intelligence”).

Finite Intelligence is provided for general informational and business purposes only.

While we seek to use sources and methodologies we consider appropriate, information may be based on third-party data, market observations, estimates, interviews, publicly available information or proprietary analysis.

We do not warrant that Finite Intelligence is complete, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

Markets, organisations, personnel and information can change rapidly. Content may therefore become outdated after publication.

You should independently assess information before relying upon it for a material business, investment or financial decision.

6. Treasury Advisory and financial information

Content concerning Bitcoin, treasury strategy, capital markets, corporate finance or related subjects is provided for general informational purposes unless Finite has separately agreed in writing to provide a specific service.

Nothing on the Website should, by itself, be treated as personalised:

investment advice;

financial advice;

legal advice;

accounting advice;

tax advice; or

a recommendation to acquire, sell, hold or otherwise transact in Bitcoin, securities or any other asset.

Nothing on the Website is intended to constitute an offer, invitation or solicitation to acquire or dispose of any investment or financial product.

Accessing Website content does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary or other professional relationship.

Where appropriate, organisations should obtain independent legal, tax, accounting, financial or regulatory advice before implementing a Bitcoin treasury or capital strategy.

Finite does not guarantee the future price, performance or value of Bitcoin or any other asset.

This section should be read subject to applicable financial-services and financial-promotion laws and does not exclude any responsibility or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Bitcoin and digital asset risk

Bitcoin is a volatile asset and its value can rise or fall materially.

Any reference on the Website to historical Bitcoin prices, adoption, performance, purchasing power or potential future outcomes is not a guarantee or prediction of future performance.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.

You are responsible for assessing the risks associated with any decision involving Bitcoin.

8. Hire in Bitcoin and Bitcoin-denominated credits

Information concerning Finite's Bitcoin settlement arrangements, partner programme or Bitcoin-denominated credits is provided as an overview only.

Participation is subject to separate Bitcoin Partner Programme Terms and, where applicable, Finite's client Terms of Business.

Bitcoin-denominated credits are recorded in sats in accordance with the applicable programme terms.

Because the fiat value of Bitcoin fluctuates, the fiat-equivalent value of sats may increase or decrease over time.

Nothing on the Website represents or guarantees that Bitcoin, sats or any Bitcoin-denominated credit will increase in fiat value.

In the event of inconsistency between Website content and the applicable programme terms, the programme terms will prevail.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Finite owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the Website and its content.

This includes, without limitation:

the Finite name, logo and visual identity;

Website design and graphics;

written content;

research and reports;

market maps;

compensation information and analysis;

proprietary datasets and database rights;

methodologies;

illustrations and animations; and

other Finite Intelligence.

You may view and share links to publicly available Website content for legitimate non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without our prior written consent, systematically reproduce, extract, scrape, republish, sell, license, create competing datasets from, commercially exploit or materially modify our proprietary content.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Third-party websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

These links are provided for convenience or information only. Finite does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, privacy practices or services.

The inclusion of a link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

11. Website availability

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update, suspend, withdraw or modify any part of the Website without notice.

We are not responsible for disruption caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Finite will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on general Website content.

Nothing in these Terms affects liability arising under separate contractual terms governing services actually provided by Finite.

13. Privacy

Our processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Notice.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Website, services, business or applicable law.

The current version will be published on this page together with its effective date.

Continued use of the Website following an update constitutes use subject to the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

16. Governing law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
