CVs, employment preferences, remuneration and compensation information, availability, interview information, references, right-to-work information and information relevant to assessing suitability for an opportunity.

Client and business information

Organisation, role, business interests, hiring requirements, correspondence, meeting notes and information concerning services requested or provided.

Website and communications information

IP address, browser/device information, Website interactions, cookies and similar technology, marketing preferences and communications with Finite.

Financial and transactional information

Where relevant to an engagement, information necessary for invoicing, payment and administration of services or programmes.

Special-category or criminal-offence information

In limited circumstances we may process special-category personal data or criminal-offence information where relevant and lawful.

Where we do so, we will identify an appropriate Article 6 lawful basis and, for special-category information, an applicable Article 9 condition. Criminal-offence information will be processed only where permitted under applicable law and subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not seek to collect such information unnecessarily.

Depending on the circumstances, we may rely upon:

Contract — where processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you.

Our legitimate interests may include providing recruitment and talent services, identifying relevant professional talent, maintaining business relationships, understanding the Bitcoin talent market, developing our services, protecting our business and communicating relevant B2B information.

Finite's business involves understanding the movement and concentration of professional capability within the Bitcoin ecosystem.

We may therefore organise and analyse professional information relating to areas such as:

—publicly observable professional movements.

Where appropriate, we will discuss an opportunity with a candidate before providing substantive candidate information to a prospective employer.

Specific recruitment processes may be governed by additional candidate or client terms.

Finite operates internationally and some clients, candidates and technology providers may be located outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will ensure an appropriate legal mechanism is used where required, such as:

—the UK International Data Transfer Agreement;

—the UK Addendum to approved Standard Contractual Clauses; or

—another lawful transfer mechanism.
